our B2B portal offers the following transport options:
- Transport provided by Pilana
In cooperation with our trusted carriers, based on the dimensions, weight of the shipment, and delivery address, we are able to offer transportation at discounted rates. If the transportation cost is not displayed, our sales department will provide an individual quote for you. - Own transport
Pick-up upon prior email notification at Pilana Group Dispatch Department, Nádražní 804, 768 24 Hulín, Czech Republic.
You can pay for the goods and the shipping costs in the following ways:
- Payment in advance via proforma invoice
The proforma invoice must be paid within 7 working days from the delivery of the order confirmation. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the buyer's order. - Payment by bank transfer
This payment option is available only to verified buyers with a confirmed payment history. Bank transfers must be completed no later than the due date for the goods. - Debit card or credit card
(MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay).
Payment can only be made by the owner of the debit or credit card or by a person authorized to use the debit or credit card.
