How to handle a claim through the eshop?
The easiest way to resolve a complaint is to use the e-shop function. Below you will find more detailed instructions.
- In your account, click the Orders section.
- Find the order to which the complaint relates and click on it.
- In the upper right corner there is a button "claim goods". Click this button.
- A form to fill in will appear.
- Fill in all the necessary information. The more information you provide us about a complaint, the easier it will be for us to assess it.
- Please also attach photos of the damaged goods to the complaint.
- Submit your claim.
- Your sales representative will assess the complaint. If necessary, we will contact you.
- We have 30 days to settle the claim.
- In case of doubt, please contact your sales representative.
