The easiest way to resolve a complaint is to use the e-shop function. Below you will find more detailed instructions.

  1. In your account, click the Orders section.
  2. Find the order to which the complaint relates and click on it.
  3. In the upper right corner there is a button "claim goods". Click this button.
  4. A form to fill in will appear.
  5. Fill in all the necessary information. The more information you provide us about a complaint, the easier it will be for us to assess it.
  6. Please also attach photos of the damaged goods to the complaint.
  7. Submit your claim.
  8. Your sales representative will assess the complaint. If necessary, we will contact you.
  9. We have 30 days to settle the claim.
  10. In case of doubt, please contact your sales representative.
