How does registration work?

Dear customers, after receiving your registration, it must be approved by Pilana. Registration is normally approved within 2 working days. After approval of your registration and setting the price conditions of cooperation, you will be able to create orders.

If you are one of our existing customers, your sales representative will upload your current individual price lists to the e-shop. You will see other items with basic prices that are not based on individually agreed price conditions of cooperation.

If you are a new customer, please specify in the “additional information" field which spare parts you are interested in, which machine you are interested in or which material you will process and in what quantity. This information will help us process your registration more quickly and set up an individual price list for the items that interest you. If we are missing any information, you will be contacted by a sales representative.
