Modernization of material cutting as a key to technological progress

PILANA was established back in 1934. Since then, we have come a long way and have gone through several major periods of restructuring. This year will again be a pioneering year in terms of the scope of the investment we are making in the modernization of the production infrastructure – a state-of-the-art cutting plant and production halls.

Industrial halls, outdoor warehouses and new facilities

The new buildings will be divided into two independent spaces with a total area of 1620 m² and a height of 7.7 m, which will provide enough space for efficient material processing. The project also includes the construction of an outdoor storage area of 4100 m², allowing for a smooth flow of raw materials and finished products. To streamline material handling and increase overall productivity, we are also investing in two new overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 3.2 tons each.

"As PILANA Group, we have never rested on our laurels. We constantly keep our finger on the pulse of the industry and place emphasis on technological progress. With our investment in modernization of material cutting, we will strengthen our position in a rapidly changing industry, streamline our production process and increase the overall quality of the products we now export to more than 85 countries around the world."

A new perspective for the company and the industry

This extensive investment, which will be completed in August 2024, is a crucial strategic step for our company. It will not only allow us to better respond to the dynamic needs of the market, but also to achieve even higher quality of our products. As a result, we will be able to continue to process orders on time and in first-class quality, as well as open up new opportunities to expand our product range and customer service in the future. We believe that the project will contribute to the development and growth of our company and the entire industries of wood processing and recycling.
